• Recipe development: We're developing recipes for microsphere or microcapsule production optimised for their special needs in close collaboration with our customers.

• Toll manufacturing: We`re offering the production of microspheres and microcapsules with amounts ranging from 0,1 kg to industrial standards (300 t/a)




• Plant engineering and construction: We're designing, engineering and constructing drip-casting units ranging from small lab-scale Spherisator S to industrial scale plants that are both space-saving and energy-efficent according to every customer's particular needs. Besides, we're also offering heating or cooling chambers, driers, sieving machines, and sorting tables.

The advantages of BRACE microspheres and microcapsules:

BRACE microgranules are very evenly sized, especially when compared to granules produced with spray drying techniques. The size distribution of BRACE microgranules is usually <10% down to <5%. Therefore, BRACE microgranules are perfect for all purposes that require perfectly spherical and evenly sized particles.

Beyond that, BRACE is also still offering temperature and UV-hardening resins.
